Agreement and provider

These terms govern products provided by OptionLab LLC under the TradeAssembly name. By purchasing or using a product, you agree to these terms and any checkout terms shown by the merchant of record.

NeedleMap license

NeedleMap provides a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use purchased report generations for personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell access, sublicense the product, operate it as a service bureau, share an account, or attempt to bypass entitlement controls.

Your source and responsibilities

You must possess the source you submit and have the right to analyze it. You remain responsible for reviewing all output and for every decision made using that output.

Not financial or investment advice

NeedleMap describes mechanics observable in source. It does not recommend securities, evaluate suitability, predict outcomes, execute trades, connect to brokerage accounts, move money, or provide investment, brokerage, legal, or tax advice.

Digital delivery

Report processing begins immediately when requested. By requesting a report, you ask us to begin delivering the digital product immediately and acknowledge that statutory cancellation rights may be limited once performance begins where applicable law permits.

Three-report package

The package provides three NeedleMap report generations for the purchasing account. Unused report uses expire 30 days after purchase. They are nontransferable, cannot be resold, have no cash value, and are not a general-purpose balance or gift card.

Availability and warranties

Products are provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptionLab LLC disclaims implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms prospectively. Colorado law governs these terms, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply in your location.
