Who we are

TradeAssembly is a trade name of OptionLab LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to support@tradeassembly.ai.

Information we handle

We may receive account identifiers, contact information, purchase and entitlement records, support messages, and standard security request logs. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe and Link; TradeAssembly does not store full card numbers.

NeedleMap source

Raw Pine Script is analyzed locally in your browser. We do not intentionally log, persist, train on, publish, or redistribute submitted source. Automated AI review receives only normalized, redacted behavior facts after account and entitlement validation.

How we use information

We use information to provide products, maintain accounts and entitlements, prevent abuse, respond to support, meet accounting and legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use submitted source for advertising.

Retention and deletion

We retain an account until it is deleted. After a valid deletion request, operational personal data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days. We may retain minimal transaction, fraud-prevention, and legal records for the periods required by law. Customers are responsible for saving exported reports; TradeAssembly does not promise cloud report storage.

Service providers and international processing

We use infrastructure, identity, email, and payment providers to operate the service. Managed Payments transactions are processed through Stripe and Link, which handle payment information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of applicable account data by emailing support. Some transaction information may also be managed through Link.
