TRADEASSEMBLY CORE / LOCAL OPERATING LAYER

Your agent thinks.
Core keeps the record.

Build an agent-driven trading workflow with more structure than prompts, chat history, and broker calls alone. Core gives your agent durable tools and explicit boundaries—not a replacement for its reasoning.

Free, open-source at launch. Public installation and licensing are being prepared. The demo is simulated, not an available trading connection.

Four roles. Clear responsibilities.

Your agent

Reasoning and orchestration. Core provides tools the agent can call; it does not host or replace the agent.

Alpaca

Brokerage and market access through your account and permissions.

TradeAssembly Core

Strategy versions, backtest evidence, deterministic checks, journals, receipts, reconciliation, recovery, and pause controls.

You supply the strategy logic, risk scale, credentials, and activation decisions. Core does not tell you what to trade.

Why not just an agent and a broker CLI?

For a simple experiment, that may be enough. Core adds a durable system of record around the agent and broker: what was authorized, which version ran, what the broker reported, and what needs reconciling after an interruption.

Version the intent

Define strategies and deployment configuration. Keep the exact version behind each run.

Keep the research

Retain backtest inputs and result IDs so the supporting evidence is inspectable.

Check the boundaries

Apply deterministic risk and authorization checks. A generated draft is not permission to trade.

Keep the receipts

Maintain a durable journal and exportable evidence trail, including broker responses and uncertain outcomes.

Reconcile before retrying

Reconcile uncertain broker outcomes instead of treating a timeout as a rejection and blindly repeating a side effect.

Pause and recover

Pause or deactivate a deployment and recover from recorded state after a restart.

Inspect the work in Studio.

Studio is Core’s human-readable workspace. Follow an illustrative draft, evaluation, and paper snapshot below. The simulated demo does not demonstrate every release capability.

OPTIONAL PAID COMPANION

Add TradeAssembly Relay.

Off-device monitoring, searchable evidence, backup and restoration, and secure remote access are Relay’s launch scope. Core remains local; Relay does not host your agent or keep your strategy running when the computer is off.

Explore Relay →

Local first. Connected when you need it.

Relay is optional. A remote request remains pending until Core acknowledges it. An off-device record is not proof of what happened while the local machine was unavailable.
